Upgrade or Downgrade Your Account

To upgrade or downgrade your account, go to your account homepage, accessible from anywhere inside Jumpchart by clicking the “Home” icon in the upper left menu.

From there, click “Account” in the upper right corner. Next, click “Plans and Billing,” where you can adjust your current plan, and even change your credit card on record.
