Inviting New Users
To invite someone to collaborate on your project, begin on the project’s homepage. Click the “Person” icon in the upper left hand menu. Then click to “Add a Team Member.”
In the “Invite People” box, type the email addresses of the people you want to invite. Separate them with a comma.
Include a personal greeting if you’d like, and select the checkbox for “View Only” if you don’t want them to be able to make edits.
Then click “Invite” and you’re done. A free Jumpchart account will automatically be created for the person you invited if they don’t already have one. They’ll receive an email with helpful links and instructions on how to view and work on the project they’ve been invited to.
Note: you must be the owner/creator of the project to invite others to it.
